What is ADHD/Executive Function Coaching?
ADHD coaching is concerned with life’s practicalities — time management, organizational skills, memory problems, and any other executive function difficulties an individual may be experiencing. It is a whole person holistic approach ~ are you sleeping well, how's your diet, how much exercise are you getting? ~ Coaching is concerned with the total person, not just his/her/their individual problem.

A coach can stave off a return to old habits that are no longer serving you, that actually hold you back. A coach points out when the ADHD mind starts down that negative path and helps you build strategies that re-writes your internal story to one of possibility.

If you want to be more organized at work then you'll need to look at what you're doing successfully and what is actually getting in your way. Maybe you're organized BUT your procrastination or perfectionism is the culprit blocking your success!

Coaching clarifies values, goals and activities and identifies obstacles to achieving a person’s goals. Coaching deals with the here and now. We don't look back, we look forward towards progress.
